Have you seen an issue that needs to be addressed on the property?  We certainly appreciate you letting us know.  As well as letting us know we would certainly appreciate any help you can offer (assuming you are a member).  This organization is 100% volunteer and we do not have a "maintenance crew" or a full-time employee to attend to the grounds, your help and assistance is what make our organization a success.  If you have a question or would like guidance on an issue please let us know, we would be happy to assist.
